Email Etiquette
When sending emails please be sure to include you or your company's name in the subject line. Please send all initial inquiries to team@barnesfinancialconcierge.com. You will later be CC'd to a direct team member. All Inquiries will be addressed within 1-3 business days.
Calendar Ettiquette
Monthly, quarterly and bi-annual meetings will now be scheduled in advance according to a predetermined cadence. These appointments are subject change at the clients discretion with timely notice. Meetings that are not cancelled within a 48-hour notice are subject to fines due to the increased need to protect client and company time during tax season.
Document Procurement
ALL documents must be uploaded to your client portal in Canopy. Email is no place for sensitive material as breaches can occur and data can be lost due to improper reciept and logging.
Contracts & Billing
Ignition is our new platform for all sensitive materials including invoices, NDA's and confidentiality agreements.
